Hello! My name is Antonia Carideo, and I am the fifth grade teacher & MicroCity Bank facilitator at MicroSociety Academy Charter School. I grew up in southern New Hampshire, and moved back to the area in 2015 after teaching in the White Mountain region for six years. I graduated from Plymouth State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's of Science in Childhood Studies with a concentration in K-8 Teacher Certification, and a minor in music. I received my Master's of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus in Technology Integration in 2014 from Southern New Hampshire University. I have eight years of classroom experience at the intermediate elementary level, most of which have been spent in fifth grade.
When I'm not at school, I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, knitting, painting... anything that involves being creative. I travel whenever I can, listen to country music, and love losing myself in a good book with a cup of coffee. I also have cat named Gabby. I'm an avid New England sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox.
